Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "Account Holder") and pn999 (the "Platform", "Operator" or "we/us/our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at pn999.cam and all associated services, products and features offered thereon.

By completing the registration process, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you have opened.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, linked to a unique username and password.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds held separately in a bonus wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional or bonus credits credited to an Account by the Operator under a specific promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" — any transfer of real-money funds by the Player into the Account via a supported payment method.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required by the Operator before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "Platform" — the pn999 website, sub-domains, mobile-browser interface and any associated gaming services accessible at pn999.cam.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any country, territory or region where access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total value of bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" — a request by the Player to transfer funds from the Account Balance to an approved payment method.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee; the currency of Pakistan, used where amounts are denominated in the local currency of the target market.

Account Eligibility

Use of the Platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the Operator's licensing requirements, whichever is greater.
2. You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee or representative of any other party.
3. You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. Your use of the Platform is not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order in the jurisdiction in which you are located or from which you are accessing the Platform.
5. You are not a resident of, nor accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction as defined by the Operator's licensing conditions.
6. You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent or contractor of the Operator, nor a close family member of any such individual, where such relationship creates a conflict of interest.
7. You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by the Operator for a violation of these Terms.

Account Registration

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process and open an Account. The following conditions govern the registration and maintenance of your Account:

4.1 — One Account per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening, or attempting to open, duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Operator reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit any associated balances, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

4.2 — Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. The Operator accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate information provided by the User.

4.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You must notify the Operator immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. The Operator will not be liable for any losses resulting from the unauthorised use of your Account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure them.

4.4 — Account Currency

Accounts may be denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) where supported at the cashier. The currency selected at registration is the Account currency and cannot be changed after the Account is opened. Currency conversion may apply where deposit or withdrawal methods operate in a different denomination; applicable exchange rates and fees will be disclosed at the transaction stage.

Identity Verification (KYC)

The Operator is required to conduct identity and age verification in accordance with its licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) controls. You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Operator may request identity documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Pakistani CNIC or international passport; a recent proof-of-address document such as a utility bill or bank statement; and a selfie or liveness verification.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been submitted and approved.
• All documents must be current, unaltered and clearly legible. Submission of falsified, altered or incomplete documentation constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account termination.
• Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must not send sensitive identity documents through unsecured channels, third-party messaging applications or unverified email addresses.
• The Operator may conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) for Accounts that trigger AML monitoring thresholds, including requests for source-of-funds documentation.

Deposits

The following terms apply to all Deposits made to the Platform:

6.1 — Supported Payment Methods

Available deposit methods are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Payment references familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be listed as contextual references. The presence of a payment brand name does not confirm endorsement, partnership or guaranteed availability; actual availability is determined at the cashier in real time.

6.2 — Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum Deposit limits are displayed at the cashier and may vary by payment method. The Operator reserves the right to amend these limits at any time. Where applicable, minimum deposits are denominated in PKR.

6.3 — Third-Party Payments

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including payments from another individual's bank account, digital wallet or payment method — are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as third-party payments will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.4 — Deposit Processing

The Operator does not guarantee real-time crediting of all Deposit methods. Processing times depend on the payment method used and may vary. The Operator accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first Withdrawal and may be required again for large or unusual Withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent Deposit, where technically possible. The Operator may require the Player to use an alternative method where necessary.
• Processing times are published in the Help Centre and vary by payment method. The Operator will endeavour to process Withdrawal requests within the stated timeframe; delays caused by third-party processors, public holidays or AML review procedures are not within the Operator's direct control.
• Minimum and maximum Withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the cashier. These limits may vary by Account tier under the VIP Programme.
• The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any Withdrawal where the transaction is flagged by internal risk or AML controls.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

8.1 — Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. The Wagering Requirement must be completed within the time limit specified. Failure to meet the requirement within the stated period will result in forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

8.2 — Eligible Games

Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Game contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded or low-contribution games will not count toward satisfying the Wagering Requirement.

8.3 — One Bonus per Offer

Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate Accounts or fraudulent means constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture and Account termination.

8.4 — Operator's Discretion

The Operator reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are not contractual entitlements and may be withdrawn at the Operator's sole discretion. Illustrative bonus figures (for example, "up to PKR 10,000") represent maximum potential values and are subject to eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion terms.

8.5 — Refer a Friend

Where a referral programme is active, its specific eligibility conditions and reward amounts will be published in the relevant promotion terms. Referral rewards are subject to the same general bonus terms set out in this section.

Wagering Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the Platform, across sports betting, live casino, slots and all other game categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled, amended or reversed after confirmation, except where the Platform's "Cash Out" or "Edit Bet" features explicitly permit it, under the conditions stated for those features.
• The Operator reserves the right to void any bet where: an obvious pricing error has occurred; the outcome was the subject of corruption, match-fixing or irregular activity; or the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game round or sports market, the Operator will apply its published void and settlement policy. Where a fair result cannot be determined, the relevant stake may be returned to the Player's Balance.
• Live and in-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at the Operator's discretion, particularly where the integrity of a market is in question.
• Cricket betting, including PSL T20, ICC tournament and bilateral Pakistan series markets, is subject to the sports-specific rules published in the Help Centre. References to cricket competitions are made for sporting context only; no official partnership with the PCB, PSL or ICC is implied.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These are displayed within the relevant betting interface.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or using multiple Accounts simultaneously or sequentially to circumvent restrictions or claim bonuses multiple times.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, access the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any software error, glitch or pricing discrepancy in bad faith. Where an error is discovered, you are obligated to notify the Operator immediately and must not exploit it.
• Engaging in match-fixing, corruption, insider betting or any activity that undermines the integrity of any sports competition or game outcome.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal, transfer or process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law, and taking active steps to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Colluding with other players in live poker or table game formats to gain a collective advantage over the Operator or other Players.
• Making fraudulent chargebacks or reversing legitimate deposits through dispute mechanisms with payment providers.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users through any support or communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of the Operator or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without the Operator's prior written consent.

All trademarks, service marks and trade names referenced on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Reference to third-party trademarks does not imply affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship by those trademark owners.

Responsible Gambling

The Operator is committed to promoting responsible gambling and will take reasonable steps to identify and assist Players who may be experiencing gambling-related harm. The following obligations and tools form part of these Terms:

12.1 — Player Tools

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible through Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can lose.
• Session Time Limits — receive reminders or automatic log-outs after a defined playing session.
• Self-Exclusion — request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed with no waiting period and no questions asked.
• Reality Checks — periodic on-screen notifications displaying elapsed session time and net wagering result.

12.2 — Operator Intervention

The Operator reserves the right to proactively contact Players whose behaviour suggests problem gambling patterns, and to impose account restrictions, cooling-off periods or mandatory responsible gambling reviews without prior notification, in the interest of player welfare.

12.3 — Minors

The Platform is strictly for adults. Access by individuals under 18 years of age, or the applicable higher minimum age, is prohibited. If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform through your Account, you must notify the Operator immediately and take steps to prevent further access. The Operator accepts no liability for unauthorised access by minors where the Account holder has failed to secure their login credentials.

Account Suspension & Closure

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the Account holder.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by the Operator.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider against a deposit made to the Account.
• Identification of an Account held by a self-excluded Player.
• A request by the Account holder to close their own Account.

Upon Account closure, any remaining verified real-money Balance — net of any amounts under investigation or subject to pending dispute — will be returned to the Account holder via a supported payment method, subject to the completion of KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon Account closure and will be forfeited.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the support team via the in-platform Live Chat or by email at the address set out in Section 17 below.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Operator provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors, viruses or defects.
• The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
• The Operator's total aggregate liability to any single Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of Deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• The Operator accepts no liability for the legality or otherwise of online gambling in any user's jurisdiction. Users access the Platform at their own legal risk.
• Nothing in this section shall limit the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and the Operator, the following escalation process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: You should first contact the Operator's support team through the in-platform Live Chat or the support email address set out in Section 17 and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within a reasonable period.
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is not achieved within 14 days, you may submit a formal written complaint to the Operator. The Operator will acknowledge the complaint within 5 business days and provide a final response within 28 business days.
3. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): Where a formal complaint is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction, and where ADR services are available under the Operator's applicable licensing conditions, the Player may refer the dispute to the relevant ADR provider. Details of available ADR mechanisms will be provided in the Operator's final complaint response.

Players in Pakistan are reminded that the domestic legal framework for resolving gambling-related disputes may differ from the framework applicable to the Operator's licensed jurisdiction. Consulting qualified legal counsel in Pakistan before initiating formal proceedings is advisable.

Amendments

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following channels: a prominent on-site notice; an email to the registered Account email address; or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

The version of the Terms published on the Platform at the time of any relevant transaction or event shall be the version that governs that transaction or event. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect each revision.
